Senior Project Manager (Two position)
Sr. PM needed in Washington. DC will serve as the Finance Functional Lead and will be responsible for overseeing the Finance project team and activities as they relate to the design of timekeeping, absence management and financial processes, as well as integration with other departments and PeopleSoft Modules. This role will assist the Client’s PM with establishing realistic, yet achievable plans to accomplish the project’s objective on scope, on time, and on budget. Experience in leading Time and/or Payroll functional implementation team. Understanding of SDLC and Agile implementation methodology. Good working knowledge of project management principles and methods. Experience with a minimum 2 complete HCM/Time/Payroll implementation lifecycles. Time and Payroll Processing: Knowledge and experience in processing payroll using PeopleSoft and related tools and modules. Good working knowledge of PeopleSoft’s Time and Labor and Absence Management modules as well as integration processes related to payroll’s gross to net process as well as 3rd party solutions. Experience in processing time and payroll for highly unionized environments. Preferred working knowledge of interpreting collective bargaining agreements and understanding the impact to Time and Payroll processing. Knowledgeable and experienced with PeopleSoft’s query capabilities set to support the ad hoc reporting needs. Working understanding of accounting principles and transactions related to time, absence and payroll processing.
Asp.Net Team Lead Position (Two position)
Team lead required in India, Coimbatore. Work closely with manager and Team members for development and maintenance projects. Responsible for planning his activities in an efficient manner with no assistance from the supervisor. Responsible for analysis of current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs. Responsible for development of new programs, analyses and making recommendations which yield a more cost effective product. Analyse, design, and coordinate the development of software systems for basic or minor business requirement. Analyse system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for junior programmers. Responding promptly and professionally to bug reports to Client/Lead. Review and repair legacy code. Research and recommend software tools to management. Provide assistance to testers and support personnel as needed to determine system problems. Do code review and recommending changes to code and the environment that will affect system performance. Solid understanding on the principles of routing, client/server based on programmers prospective. Consult with the Lead and the Manager regarding professional skill development. Should work closely with Lead in evaluating current systems and making decisions on future development. As new technologies emerge and impact our systems, expected to learn these technologies very quickly. Resolve any problems involved in integrating new technologies with our systems.

Computer Systems Analyst needed in Oak Brook, Illinois and various unanticipated locations throughout the US to analyze the IT Systems to identify and resolve impediments.
Coordinate work, process definition and work with Business and IT Stakeholders to understand the needs of project specifications and requirements. Facilitate and lead Daily Scrum meetings, as well as collaborate with others to determine detailed design specifications, development, testing and implementation needs. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Math, Technology, or related field, plus two (2) years of IT experience.
The two (2) years of IT experience must include one (1) year of experience using IBM Lotus Notes, Microsoft SharePoint, HP Service Manager and Version One.

QA and Test Analyst (1 position available; full-time)
QA and Test Analyst needed in Oak Brook, Illinois and various unanticipated locations throughout the US to create shell and automation scripts in order to execute the core programs. Will perform Manual Functional and Integration testing which includes test writing, execution and review. Perform test analysis, approach, planning, estimation, risk analysis and mitigation. In addition, will perform process analysis and process remediation involving controls and enterprise wide processes. Finally, will be involved in the defect management life cycle with agile framework. Must have a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field, plus one (1) year of IT experience. The one (1) year of IT experience must include experience using Unix, Webservices, Selenium, and Load Runner. We will also accept a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equiv) in Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field, plus five (5) years of progressive IT experience. One (1) year of the five (5) years progressive IT experience must include experience using Unix, Webservices, Selenium, and Load Runner. All experience may be acquired concurrently.
