ASP. NET TEAM LEAD POSITION
Team lead required in India, Coimbatore. Work closely with manager and Team members for development and maintenance projects. Responsible for planning his activities in an efficient manner with no assistance from the supervisor. Responsible for analysis of current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs. Responsible for development of new programs, analyses and making recommendations which yield a more cost effective product. Analyse, design, and coordinate the development of software systems for basic or minor business requirement. Analyse system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for junior programmers. Responding promptly and professionally to bug reports to Client/Lead. Review and repair legacy code. Research and recommend software tools to management. Provide assistance to testers and support personnel as needed to determine system problems. Do code review and recommending changes to code and the environment that will affect system performance. Solid understanding on the principles of routing, client/server based on programmers prospective. Consult with the Lead and the Manager regarding professional skill development. Should work closely with Lead in evaluating current systems and making decisions on future development. As new technologies emerge and impact our systems, expected to learn these technologies very quickly. Resolve any problems involved in integrating new technologies with our systems.
Languages – C#, VB.NET, MVC, HTML, Java script, JQuery.
