Printing – Encoding – Machine

A leading farebox manufacturer in North America, required a system to manage issue, validation and recharge of tickets. Our team came up with a stable and highly configurable software design which met the client specifications, enabled the client to enter agency specific information for configuring the machine and reduced overheads by interfacing directly with the existing information gathering system.

Wide Area Transit Clearing House

The client required a system to report and make enquiries for collecting or disbursing money between agencies and to enable communication between fareboxes, PEMs, TVMs and WATCH. Our team designed, developed and implemented a web based reporting and enquiry system to fulfill the requirements.

Odyssey Validating Farebox

Our client, one of the largest transit carriers in US, wanted to migrate the existing software that runs the farebox, based on Motorola boards, to a new architecture based on AMD boards. This case study shows how Intellisys designed, developed and implemented this real-time embedded system solution within the specified time and budget.

Work Order Enhanced Dispatch System

When our client, one of the largest transit carriers in US was facing difficulties in scheduling and tracking the maintenance activities of the POS ticketing systems, Intellisys’ architects designed the work order reporting and maintenance system from ground-up using state-of-the-art technology within budget and time. This case study explains in detail how Intellisys developed this application using Microsoft .NET development platform adopting Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and voice activation integration.
